Nam offers a broad range of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Asian Bodywork such as acupressure and cupping for his client's individual needs. He has worked extensively with clients who experience chronic pain from injury, accident or illness, using deep and specific soft tissue manipulation with wonderful results. Nam is a nationally certified massage therapist by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and licensed in the state of Virginia. He is also an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Swedish Massage $60 / $80 (60 / 90 minutes)
Swedish Massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage. It uses a gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. The therapist generally uses massage lotion to facilitate making long, smooth strokes over the body. Swedish massage is done with the person covered by a sheet, a technique called "draping". One part of the body uncovered, massaged, and then covered up before moving on to another part of the body.
Deep Tissue Massage $60 / $80 (60 / 90 minutes)
Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions.")
Customized Massage $60 / $80 (60 / 90 minutes)
Customized Massage is a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Acupressure massage. Acupressure is a healing technique based on the principles of acupuncture. The fingers and hands are used in place of needles to stimulate acupuncture points. The acupressure therapist applies pressure with his thumbs, finger, and palms to specific areas of the client's body to release energy blocks and reduce pain.
Cupping Massage $50 (45 minutes)
Cupping Massage is a method of applying glass cups to the skin to help relieve pain, flush out toxins, and restore healthy blood flow to the body
- All table massage services include eye relaxation pack and aromatherapy candle services.
